A taste of culture

Students of the second semester of Nutrition degree in the context of the course of Food and Culture carried out a Food Fair presenting different expressions of the culinary culture belonging to several countries

The event called a Cultural Tastes had 12 stands, which reflected the typical cuisine of countries such as: Belgium, France, Venezuela, or some others delights for the palate. This activity was open for everyone and was supervised by the Academic Direction of the Bachelor in Nutrition degree program.
